Dortmund - Nanohale AG has announced the successful completion of its capital increase through subscription rights. A total of 336,648 new shares with entitlement in profit participation retroactive to January 1, 2011, were placed at a price of EUR 7.00 per share, with gross proceeds to the company totalling EUR 2,356,536.00. The funds from the capital increase will primarily be used to facilitate the company’s new strategic orientation. Incremental revenues from the expansion of its operating base will already be realized beginning in 2012.

With this transaction, the company’s registered capital (Grundkapital) increases from EUR 4,239,120.00, divided into 4,239,120 bearer shares without par value but with an imputed nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share, to EUR 4,575,768.00, an increase of EUR 336,648.00. The transaction was managed by Süddeutsche Aktienbank.
